Leather Protection
Leather surface are usually assumed to have waterproof abilities but in reality Leather is not 100% waterproof, they can be classified as water repelling surfaces.
Water or other accidental spills may be quite easy to clean on leather surfaces as compared to fabric lounges but its not a 100% guarantee that a leather couch or seat won’t stain itself.
Leather surfaces can be stained from food, drinks, oils, colours or dirt. This can happen instantly or over a period of time. Also, many types of leather surface fades over time due to sun. It’s called sun damage on the leather surface. Once such damages are in place, we have no choice but to replace the leather or in our case we promote the repair of the leather before opting for a complete replacement. Repair is very affordable as compared to replacement and would sometimes cost less than 25% of the actual replacement cost.
